What Data We Collect

We may collect personal data directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, contact us via email, or engage with our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and business name. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through website analytics tools.

If you are a client, we may also process personal data of your leads (e.g. names and phone numbers) for the purpose of lead reactivation. This data is handled solely under your instruction and with appropriate legal justification.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, manage communication, and process appointments. If you are a client, we use your lead data to run reactivation campaigns via SMS, engage prospects, and schedule appointments into your calendar. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data for performance analysis and service optimisation.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing purposes. All data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so. This includes:

  • Consent – when you voluntarily submit information through forms or opt-in to communication.

  • Legitimate interests – in running our business and improving our services in a way that does not override your rights.

  • Legal obligation – when required to comply with laws or regulations.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis for supplying lead data to us for processing.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers such as SMS platforms, calendar systems, or CRM tools, strictly for the purpose of delivering our services. All third parties are required to comply with UK data protection laws and are bound by confidentiality agreements or Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

We may also disclose personal data where legally required to do so (e.g. court orders or compliance requests), and will always act lawfully in such cases.

Data Security
